Flights and Transfers

The workshop package does not include flights. However, we will arrange all transfers to and from Athens airport and seaports… all we need is the date and your flight number. Once you set foot at Athens airport someone will be there to welcome you and drive you to seaport Piraeus, There, you will receive your boat tickets to Paros, and once you reach the Paros port of Parikia a car will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel.
Your arrival time in Paros will depend on your flight arrival at Athens airport, There are two ferry departures daily from the seaport of Piraeus, one departs at 7:25am and arrives in Paros at 11:45am, the second departs at 5:30pm and arrives at 10:30pm. We do recommend that you book a flight that will arrive at Athens airport no later than 3:00pm (Greek time) which will give you enough time for the airport clearance and for our driver to take you to the seaport of Piraeus. If for any reason there is a flight delay, and we think that you will not make it on time to catch the last ferry to Paros, don't worry, our driver will take you to central Athens where you will spend the night in one of our recommended hotels at no extra cost to you, (giving you the chance to see Athens as well), in the morning our driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the seaport of Piraeus for the 7:25am ferry, arriving in Paros at 11:45am on the 15th of February, You will be taken to your hotel apartment, where you can have a rest, followed by the introduction and briefing, and still have the whole day free to explore the town centre and get ready for the first location shoot on the following day. Your departure from Paros will also be arranged according to your flight schedule.

For more information please do not hesitate to contact us, we'll be happy to offer you assistance and advice on airline schedules and tickets, and discuss any aspect of the workshop.

The workshop includes 8 nights accommodation where you can enjoy your own large, fully air-conditioned studio apartment with private bathroom, balcony and kitchenette, equipped with TV and telephone.
